in a new ACT UP mailing list.
The list has just been created, and the address is:

Please send to him requests to be added or deleted from the list.
This list was created by three members of ACT UP/Boston. We think that
computer networking could be an excellent way to share our ideas and
experiences related to activism, to alert each other to ongoing and
upcoming campaigns, and possibly to discuss more abstract issues.
Because there are other lists existing for the purpose, this list is
not intended for general discussion of gay issues. We want the to be
welcoming to people of all sexual orientations and preferences. While
the list is not moderated, we will do what we can to minimize flames:
please, *no personal attacks*!
This message is going out to this small group in order to get feedback
and to iron out kinks in the mailer. We plan to make a wider
announcement to potentially interested mailing lists and newsgroups
once the school year has started. In the meantime, feel free to
inform your activist friends!
