I remember hearing bits of a presentation by one of the Salk associates at the S.F. AIDS Conference. My memory tells me that they had pretty much given up on the seropositive application as being ineffective. Does anyone have that presentation or a reference to it's publication? I don't want to spread false statements cause I "heard it somewhere". Also, are the conference abstracts published anywhere? If so, how can I get them. Are they expensive? Available by subject? I need some new reading/reference material <grin>. "Bird" -- Uucp: ...{gatech,ames,rutgers}!ncar!asuvax!stjhmc!135!38!The."Bird" Internet: The."Bird"@f38.n135.z1.fidonet.org

Bird,
I can't help with the abstracts, but do know that Salk's firm(?), Immune
Response, in La Jolla, CA is planning phase II trials with sero-positives.
Call their info line at 800-422-5448 for recorded details.
If you find out more, through the abstracts, or however, please post.
