The only thing your friend knows about her customers is exactly
what she sees them do when she is with them.  The fact that they may
be "well to do" is great if she is interested in selling them a
Ferrari, but it has nothing to say about how safe they are to have
sex with.  As far as risk goes the only thing that separates her
from "a woman who works the streets" is four walls and a roof.
If your trick has HIV infection what is going to save the day
is a condom, not a condo.

I used to hang out with a bunch of "working girls" who were employed
in a very exclusive, members-only club for Wall Street types --
when HIV came along they insisted that their customers use condoms.
They were smart enough to know that they were turning tricks not the
pages of Dun & Bradstreet.

Intimate contact sets you up for exposure to a large number of
diseases in addition to HIV, i.e. - herpes, hepatitis, various VD
infections and so on.  The sex industry is a high risk field, AIDS or
no.
