[sci.med.aids] Massage Oil Alternatives and Dentists

Time for my 2 cents worth:
Cent #1- For massage oild, alternatives to oils are powders (talc or
corn starch, not as good as a good oil, but almost as good); cream or milk
(not as lubricating as an oil, but pretty good when warmed, and good for the
skin, too); or edibles (Honey, etc. good for creative gourmand couples.)
Also, there is a store in Boston called Essence which sells "edible massage
oils" I don't know what the word on these is as far as their actual oil content
but it might be worth checking into. By the way, Baby Oil comes from a mineral
oil base (or "carrier oil" as aromatherapists like to call it) with some random
fragrance added in.
Cent #2- Nitrous Oxide (aka laughing gas) is one of the most popular gas-
narcotics used by DMDs. It has long been known that, in addition to being
a narcotic, it is also a mild hallucinogen and erotic agent leading to the many
allegations of dentists molesting patients. It is all in their heads.
