I am looking for a site/institution/person that/who has ported the
UREP (Unix RSCS Emulation Program) to the IBM PC/RT running ACIS
4.[23]BSD and/or has the RSCS protocol running over TCP/IP.

That's just what we need.  Single user RSCS nodes to go into the BITNET
routing tables :-)
