[net.micro] Wanted: Info on X.PC & MNP Protocols

	Does anyone have any information (or know how/where to obtain
	info. on) the X.PC and MNP protocols?  For that matter, does
	anyone have any code which implements these protocols?  Anyone
	had any experience with these protocols?
