Two significant current legal questions are: + Protectability of the structure of the underlying programs (sometimes termed the "structure, sequence and organization" question.) + Protectability of user interfaces (sometimes termed the "look and feel" question.) The Center for the Study of Law, Science and Technology (CeSLaST), Arizona State University College of Law, is convening a LaST Frontier Conference to deal with these two questions.
