         Subject: IBM 3270 Emulation

My place have been using the IBM Emulation Version 3.0x for
some time now. We have about 400 licensed copies running,
300 on SDLC and about 100 on Token Ring.

I find this package to be very good, especially running on
Token Ring. In fact, we have written quite a large number
of applications that make use of API calls to the software.

Someone mentioned about the IMPCS package. Does anyone have
further details. I am very interested as it uses less
memory. Does it also use the same API calls as the
         Emulation program. What about HLAPI?
