[comp.protocols.ibm] PCXFER - anyone have description of protocol?

I'd like to port the PCXFER mainframe to 3270PC transfer mechanism to
a non-pc machine running a 3270 emulation program.  Where can I find
a sufficient description of the protocol used?  Thanks in advance,
