The postscript files for the BITNET maps are now available via anonymous FTP from HELIOS.TAMU.EDU in the directory bitnet. Sometime next week the files will be availabe from LISTSERV at TAMVM1. Please be advised, the EARN map has a problem right now which will be corrected when I can figure out what happened.
