We are currently doing work in 'C' on IBM mainframes (3090) running both the MVS and VM operating systems. This work has not been easy. Finding people at IBM who understand their 'C/370' compiler and how it is supposed to work under MVS and VM has been a nightmare. Our main objective is to create an ISPF dialog using 'C' but we have not found any examples of the ISPLINK usage for 'C' to see how parameters are handled. We also need to find out how to define our various libraries to ISPF and have them searched when panels, etc. are needed. We are trying to do everything with 'C' instead of using CLIST or another language. If there is anyone with experience on these systems or using 'C' and ISPF, I would greatly appreciate if you would share your experiences with us. Either post your information, E-mail it to me, or if you'd like, call me at work. When I have gathered enough responses, I will post a summary of the information. Thanks for your help.
