Has anybody heard of a Bisync to SDLC protocol converter for 3270 devices? I know there are some for RJE type devices, but I need one for a bisync 3276 to hook up to an SDLC multi-drop line.

In article <IBM-NETS%90021420214329@BITNIC.BITNET>, you say: > >Has anybody heard of a Bisync to SDLC protocol converter for 3270 >devices? This resulted in a dip switch being installed that you allowed you to manually select BSC (max speed 7200 bps) or SDLC (max 9600). We made good use of it 6 years ago. At these rates, it might be wiser to consider a new model IBM 3174-91R plus 3299-2 mux, considering the maintenance, added functionality etc. BTW: all disclaimers apply. ------- Peter M.
