You didn't say what the two lines were for.  You might get by with a
channel attached device of some sort (like a 3274).  NCR Comten makes
3705 compatible boxes.  Its been a few years since I worked for them
but I believe that they have a super small version called a 5610 or 
something like that.

They are headquartered in St. Paul Minn (Actually Roseville, MN).
