All the RFCs, IENs, and FYIs that are stored on SRI-NIC are also available
from LISTSERV@UMDD. They have been converted into IBM listing file format
(with ASA carriage control characters). Just do a:
TELL LISTSERV AT UMDD SEND RFCnnnn LISTING
to get a specific RFC. The LISTSERV group is called RFCS.
