I'm tring to get UCLA/MAIL working as the mail delivery agent for Interlink's SNS/TCPaccess TCP/IP package on my MVS/XA system. I've finally gotten it to send mail to the Internet, but it refuses to receive mail. Any incoming mail is bounced with a "no destinations" error message. I have the OFCXBOX exit routine set up to allow all names, so that's not it. Anyone else out there using this arrangement? Interlink isn't much help, since they don't run UCLA/MAIL (they're developing their own mailer). Here's a sample bounced message: --------------------8<---------------cut here---------------->8--------------- From Postman@ADMIN.HSCH.UTEXAS.EDU Mon Nov 19 05:47 CST 1990 Received: from admin.hsch.utexas.edu by thesis1.hsch.utexas.edu with SMTP (15.11/15.6) id AA23363; Mon, 19 Nov 90 05:47:43 cst Return-Path: <Postman@ADMIN.HSCH.UTEXAS.EDU> Date: Mon, 19 Nov 90 05:49 CST To: jmaynard@thesis1.hsch.utexas.edu From: Postman@ADMIN.HSCH.UTEXAS.EDU Subject: Undelivered mail Your mail was not delivered to some or all of its intended recipients for the following reason(s): 6001 no valid recipients for this node ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Received: (from GOLDJES2 for GOLDJES2 via NJE) (UCLA/Mail V1.410 X-SNSTCP-0712-15); Mon, 19 Nov 90 05:49:24 CST Received: from THESIS1.HSCH.UTEXAS.EDU by ADMIN.HSCH.UTEXAS.EDU with TCP; Mon, 19 Nov 90 5:49:20 CST Received: by thesis1.hsch.utexas.edu (15.11/15.6) id AA23358; Mon, 19 Nov 90 05:47:21 cst From: Jay Maynard <jmaynard@THESIS1.HSCH.UTEXAS.EDU> Subject: test To: s0jm@ADMIN.HSCH.UTEXAS.EDU Date: Mon, 19 Nov 90 5:47:19 CST Mailer: Elm [revision: 64.9] test -- Jay Maynard, EMT-P, K5ZC, PP-ASEL | Never ascribe to malice that which can jmaynard@thesis1.hsch.utexas.edu | adequately be explained by stupidity.
