[comp.hypercube] Comp.parallel lives

HEAR YE - HEAR YE - HEAR YE!!!!!!!!

Comp.parallel is now officially open for business.  Those who are not
on USENET need do nothing, since the articles come to "fpst" and
not "parallel-request."

For the folks on comp.hypercube, you should add "comp.parallel"
to your .newsrc.
