MANX "Z" BUG FIXED

I have spoken with the folks at Manx and this note is to advise of
a recently corrected bug and an update on the fix.

The early versions of "Z" replaced whatever cursor the system used (in
the case of the 6300, a blinking underline) with a blinking block cursor.
In the 1.20 Version of the editor, the Manx people attempted to recover
the original cursor. However (according to Manx) ROM BIOS differences
between the 6300 and the standard target machine (IBM PC) resulted
in a complete loss of the cursor upon exit from the "Z" editor.

Manx Software Assoc. has corrected this problem in their 1.30 Version
of the "Z" Editor.

I am once again advising my user community to order Manx "Z" now that
the bug is fixed.

My question (after using Manx Z for about 6 months) is when
are they going to fix the other "bug". That being: you can
not edit files greater than 50K or so. (I love my IBM with
segmented memory, I do! I really do!) Bleh! You would think that
they would use thier own large memory module on Z! Oh well..
