[comp.binaries.ibm.pc] how to convert *.arc to *.exe file ?

  It need information on how to convert *.arc files to *.exe . I have a 
number of *.arc files that I uudecoded from the network that I need to
download to my pc and then convert them to a *.exe files. So please send
me mail answering my questions.
