I must apologize to those people who have tried to reach me in the past week
via e-mail. Due to an ARPA Internet problem, mail has not been travelling to
and from the University properly. Those of you who tried to e-mail there
votes for comp.binaries.ibm.pc.d, or those people who have requested
programs via UUServe and the Software Exchange, may be able to reach me via
UUCP, but there are no guarantees at this moment. Please keep mailing until
you receive and acknowledgement from me that it has arrived. If the mail
system is not working by the April 18 deadline for votes, I will extend the
appropriate number of days, if the voting is close enough to warrant it, but
at this point, due to previous volume of votes, it does not seem necessary,
and comp.binaries.ibm.pc.d will be created.
