[net.micro] Prometheus Promodem

I am having trouble with our Prometheus Promodem 1200.  When I try to
dial a number (ATDT..) The tones are send at a much faster than normal
rate, and the number is not dialed.  When I try to get it to answere
the phone, it sends out a carrier at the wrong frequency, and at too
low a volume, so the calling modem can not connect.  If anyone has had
this problem and solved it, please send me a message.
