At the time that moderation came into effect, some articles were
already posted and in transit in unmoderated form. Some sites received
these articles and others didn't.
I have arbitrarily decided that articles that were posted on or before
9 May 1988 will be assumed to have reached most or all sites, and
barring any special cases, such articles won't get posted again in
moderated form. Articles posted on or after 10 May 1988 will be
carefully examined and posted if it seems that they may not have
reached most sites.
There is thus a very small possibility that an article you posted on or
before 9 May may not reach a few sites.
Note the keyword "discard" in the heading of this article. I will
include this keyword in any articles in comp.binaries.ibm.pc that can
be safely ignored by sites that do archiving of this newsgroup.
