I've heard of problems with it, and I've had (different) problems myself. I'm not going to post epath since I just posted some batch files that do similar things without resorting to hackery. I looked at epath with debug--it's clever. I'm also not going to post ff208a either. It's too similar to the 'find' utility that was posted a few months ago. However, I'll post the introductions to the programs and put them in the archives. If anyone can come up with some compelling reason why I should post either of these then they should send me mail. -russ] Included herewith are two utilities I find quite handy. One, epath, is much easier to use than the one posted to comp.sys.ibm.pc called chgpath. Besides, chgpath doesn't work on the pc6300+. The other is ff208a. This is a fast file finder which can search whatever disks the user names. It can also be used to clean out files (including asking first), or to jump to the directory of the found file. With this listing is an explanation of a mixup of a posting to a local BBS---just to make sure you know this is the real thing.
