[net.micro] corrupted ARC.EXE

	The posting of ARC5.LBR contained a corrupted arc.exe.  This was
true for the version on the net as well as for one that I got from sci-fido,
so I assume lots of people had this problem.  If you did, let me know and
I will post/e-mail arc.doc and the uuencoded arc.exe (version 5.00).

The copy I got was fine unless the corruption is devious... What are the
symptoms of this bad copy?
