I remember reading an advertisement for the Ramex disk system for the
Timex-Sinclair 2068 computer that holds ~800KBytes on a DSQD disk with
a transfer rate of ~32KBytes/second for ~$500 for the interface and drive #1,
and SP-DOS, the DOS. Has anybody seen/used this? If so could you tell me
if getting this system is worth my money, or would the route to cassette-free
computing be to go with a different computer? I'm working on a student's
budget, so inexpensive is the key word here, but I still want quality.
---Thanks in advance,
Matt Schaefer.
