I will shortly finish a Master's degree in Microelectronics System Design, and require employment in the field of full-custom VLSI design; I am also considering related areas such as CAD S/W and semi-custom design work. I have designed (in a two-man team) one semi- and one full- custom chip as part of the course; the latter was built and awaits a tester time-slot. For my MSc dissertation project, I have designed about a third of a 16-bit microprocessor datapath, using, using full-custom 2-micron CMOS. I eagerly await the chance to do this sort of thing again, but this time as a career, with decent CAD tools and to see the chip parts actually being used (:-). If your company or some subsidiary of it might give me that opportunity, please reply by e-mail; after 30th September, telephone SANDWICH +44 304 617875, or mail me at 9 Temple Way, Worth, DEAL, Kent, UK, CT14 ODA. -- - /| . .
