Hi Netters,
I am a computer science student at Chemnitz University of Technology
(in the eastern part of Germany). Currently I work on my master thesis
(`Diplomarbeit' in German).
When I'll come back to Chemnitz in January, they probably will tell me
that I cannot continue my studies (graduate studies)
because of short budget or I'll have to continue under very restricted
conditions.
So I look for an institution (university, research institute, ...) where
I can continue (or restart) my (graduate) studies or for an institution
or enterprise which is willing support my studies (part time job or
co-operation in an university project) at Chemnitz UT.
(There is a planned research project about high speed networks I should
join, but I don't know the current state. It may be canceled due to lack
of money).
From my studies I have especially experiences in UNIX (also internals)
and the C programming language (also compiler design).
Programming languages: C, Pascal, LISP, PROLOG, Modula-2, C++, Fortran.
I would prefer to work in an UNIX environment with a language like C.
Preferred subjects are those mentioned above.
Any other subject is welcome.
Languages: German (mother tongue) and English
Any information about such possibilities are welcome.
If you can offer me something, please ask if you have any further questions.
Information about part time work at home is also welcome.
