Dear Colleagues: I am organizing a technical session on SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS at the I.E.E.E. TENCON'89 Conference to be held in BOMBAY, India from November 22-24, 1989. I am requesting you to mail me an abstract of the paper (400 words, one page) that will fit into the overall session topics outlined below ON or BEFORE MARCH 1, 1989.
