[comp.software-eng] Software engineering of expert systems: references

jack@ztivax.UUCP (Jack Schiff) (02/15/89)

Some weeks ago I posted a request for references on knowledge
engineering methodologies. Following is the list of references which turned
up (in Unix "refer" format.) My general impression is that this area is
rapidly gaining momentum now, following a rather slow start in the late
'70s / early 80s when there were only a few suggestions in the standard
expert systems textbooks. So, there will certainly be interesting
developments in the future, and anybody who is interested in exchanging
new references, ideas or experiences is very welcome to mail me.

Thanks again to all respondents -- Jack
