With all the discussion regarding scripts for RCS, I was wondering if someone out there has any simple tools for capturing or creating an automated "release" of source code, meaning a mechanism that can take a snapshot of all the current sccs revision levels of a group of source files, and could be usable later to recreate that version of code. I know there are plenty of great source code control, configuration management tools out there, well worth their cost, but was made curious by the discussions and postings here regarding the same idea for RCS.
