Just in case you missed my announcement in comp.newprod a few weeks ago, we are making further evaluation copies of IST's Problem Reporting and Change Tracking tool (CCT) available at distribution cost. We apologise for advertising in this group but we have been overwhelmed with the response and are anxious to reach those of you unable to subscribe to comp.newprod or who missed our article. In essence, the CCT provides the following: - full visibility, tracking and auditibility of recorded software problems and how they are/have been addressed. - electronic forms for documenting all manner of problems and all arising changes; - automatic notification of all persons involved via e-mail; - comprehensive querying and hard-copy facilities The CCT is available on Sun workstations and other UNIX machines by request. Evaluation copies are available for US $100 or 70 pounds sterling. A 20 user license, for example, costs U.S. $1500. Apology accepted. Don't do it again, ever. Commercial advertising on USENET is forbidden except one article in comp.newprod per new product. If you were truly "overwhelmed with the response", you shouldn't need to spread your junk mail any further. Dave Decot P.S. - 70 pounds sterling doesn't sound like "Free" to me, even for mailing costs for a tape from the UK.
