[comp.software-eng] Testing Real-time Systems

scofield@apollo.HP.COM (Cary Scofield) (09/26/89)

I am wondering if anyone in this newsgroup would care to share with
the rest of us their experiences on the practical aspects of testing
and debugging real-time systems, especially the embedded kind. The
literature is extremely sparse in this area of growing importance.
Any help out there?

Last year Dick Hamlet of Portland State University organized a workshop on
testing real time systems, sponsored by PSU and OCATE (Oregon Center for
Advanced Technology Education). Copies of the presentations may still be
available. (How about it Dick???)
