A couple of months ago a note appeared on the net concerning the SCSI spec. It mentioned that Carl Warren, the western editor of Mini Micro Systems, was willing to distribute the spec on diskette free. That is still true, but some of the particulars, including Carl's address, have changed. To receive revision 17A of the SCSI Spec (ANSI X3T9.2), send: four double-sided 360k MSDOS/PCDOS-format diskettes a STAMPED, self-addressed diskette return mailer a letter of request on company or school letterhead to: Carl Warren, Western Editor Mini Micro Systems 18818 Teller Ave., Suite 170 Irvine, CA 92715 Please mention Usenet in your request. Note that the text files you will receive are in WordStar format, and the drawing files are in AUTOCAD format. I have made this posting at Carl Warren's request, since he has no Usenet access. I am not affiliated with Mini Micro Systems. Ken Sarno INTERACTIVE Systems Corp. ...decvax!vortex!ism780!kens

"Revision 17B consists of changes made by the X3T9.2 task group at their December 10, 1985 meeting. These changes were made in order to make the X3T9.2 draft proposed standard consistent with the ISO/TC97/SC13 draft proposal." The changes include various "clarifications", redrawing of figures, and additions and deletions. > Ken Sarno > INTERACTIVE Systems Corp. > ...decvax!vortex!ism780!kens --henry schaffer
