Greetings: I'm a graduate student at the Rochester Institute of Technology, pursuing a degree in Software Engineering. Presently, I'm preparing a small research paper on Software Configuration Management. A primary emphasis for this paper is inclusion of state-of-the-art/ state-of-the-practice material on developments in SCM. It would also be desirable to include information on any promising new research projects addressing the topic. A particular focus of interest is tools that address SCM problems. Since material of recent issue is often difficult to find or obtain, I'm solicting the software engineering community for assistance.
