[net.micro] Extended Batch Language for DOS 3.1

I have in my posession copies of 'Extended Batch Language' for the PC.
But none of them will work correctly under DOS 3.1.  Under DOS 2.1 they work
fine.  I have approximately four version with various file sizes, but none
work.

Can someone who has it in there posession e-mail me a copy.  thanx

Better yet, does someone have the source for such a thing?  It would be nice
to be able to get it from mod.sources.
