I'm looking for a CASE (Computer Aided Software Engineering) tool
which runs under Microsoft Windows Version 3.0. 

Ideally, I'd like a tool which has a good graphical editor, powerful
data dictionary and supports Yourdon/Demarco methodology.

If anyone knows of such a tool, please respond via email.  I will
post a summary of responses.
