Automated support for systems development has made a significant
impact on the practice of systems development during the last few
years. One of the limiting factors for such support is the
integration of the various tools in the automated environment.
An Integrated CASE environment should constructively support the
use of an effective system development process which must be as
adaptable, flexible, and dynamic as the enterprise, projects, and
people it supports. An Integrated CASE environment transcends
the notion of software development environments and meta-CASE by
structuring and guiding the development process, especially in
distributed environments. It emcompasses both a complete and
customizable development methodology and the project management
component to plan, monitor and measure systems development
projects. It also has the capability of coordinating all aspects
of systems development from corporate strategic planning and
enterprise-wide data models down to the details of a specific
module within a specific systems development project. An
Integrated CASE environment has the ability to enforce
an enterprise's systems development standards and provide
feedback for on-going monitoring.

Papers are invited that may be theoretical, conceptual or
empirical in nature with special interest given to papers
detailing solutions to practical Integrated CASE problems.
