Thanks in advance,

Norman recently published a book with Chapman & Hall ... I don't know if
Robin co-authored it or not. You can reach Chapman & Hall at (in the US)
29 West 35th STreet, New York, NY 10001-2291. I can't remember what the
book's title is, sorry.

While we're talking metrics books, I'd also suggest Horst Zuse's new
book Software Complexity: Measures and Methods, published by de Gruyer
(200 Saw Mill River Road, Hawthorne, NY 10532 - 914/747-0110). I'd say
Horst's book is by far the best review of the complexity metric research
literature I've ever seen [but it's a tad spendy - about $100].

Software Metrics A Rigorous Approach,
by Norman E Fenton, Chapman & Hall, London, 1991.
ISBN 0-442-31355-1
US Publisher is Van Nostrand Reinhold.

I highly recommend this book. It treats metrics
as a science (no hand-waving). I am not sure how
available it is in the US. It was just released
in the UK, and is available at technical bookstores
in London.
