The subject says it all.
I have a paper describing SPMS and its man pages which I think came from
BSD 4.2 or 4.3 documentation, but I am unable to locate the software.
Archie tells me that SPMS directories live on apple.com and at Berkeley.
Apple's spms directory is empty (?) and the one at Berkeley only contains
copies of the n/troff man pages. There is no spms in UUNET's ls-lR.Z file
either. Please email any information to me and I will summarize to the net.
