Try PC-KAT. It is a SHAREWARE system that is available on SIMTEL20 in PD:<PC-BLUE.VOL181> if you have access to the MILNET. It is based on using a database on a hard disk to catalog up to 9999 floppy disks with up to 16 million files. Jim Harmon

Yes, one exits on r20-utexas-edu in the following directory and file: <cc.galvin.public>catutil.com It's available via ftp with anonymous login. I've already downloaded it and it looks pretty useful. (Of course, this won't help if you don't have ftp capability, but maybe a friend does....) Good luck! Keith
