[comp.lang.postscript] NSF cover sheet, PS version

Has anybody made a PostScript version of the NSF cover and/or Budget sheet?

I am in the process of making them.  I do have earlier versions of these
programs
written 86.11.22 by G.Q. Maguire Jr., but NSF has new forms now.
If nobody has the PS version of the new forms, I am going to make them.
I will make them avaible when I have them done.
