    number.

The HyperScript(TM) system isn't exactly "PostScript(TM)-on-a-chip"; rather,
it's a PostScript(TM)-compatable interpreter running on Weitek's XL-8200 RISC
processor. It resembles the QMS PS-Jet in form factor (AT-card + IO) and runs
about 5-10 times faster than the LaserWriter. Currently the system runs wuth
the Canon SX engine, but is easily modifiable for others.

Weitek is located at 1060 E. Arques in Sunnyvale (94086) and their number is
408/738-8400. And, yes, I do work for them.
