[comp.lang.postscript] PostScript to imPRESS conversion?

logajan@ns.UUCP (John Logajan x3118) (08/05/88)

I hate to ask a question that was probably asked the day before, and
the day before that etc... But...

We have an Imagen printer here hooked up to our Sun and it only handles
the imPRESS language. Since the standard for distribution on this net
seems to be PostScript, I was wondering if there are any programs around
that convert PostScript to imPRESS?

Thanks,

Consider upgrading your printer to the latest and greatest ...
Imagen now offers a Postscript clone PDL in addition to imPress.

If you are using the Imagen Image Processor CPU, you can get an upgrade
from Imagen called TURBO-250 ($5995 list) that will upgrade your CPU to
a MC68020, add 3MB fast RAM, a 2.5MB raster image buffer, a 20MB hard disk,
and Ultrascript (Imagen's Postscript compatability option). This comes
complete with 35 Postscript fonts, 22 Impress fonts and host software (V 4.1T).
