While the language has been viable for several months, the supporting
documentation is finally (well almost) equally robust to allow me to release
the Plasmid Description Language. Because there might be a problem with
publishing precedence, I prefer to distribute it by mail rather than posting
it. The best way I see to do it is as follows:
1. Email me your physical address. I will send you some hard copy
examples.
2. If you are still interested, say so, and I will email you the
definition file and some supporting documents.
3. Keep me informed of what happens.
