[comp.lang.postscript] Plasmids for hire

craigw@aecom.YU.EDU (Craig Werner) (09/13/88)

As noted somewhere, the licensing fee for the plasmid description
language is exactly $0.00. However, since it is a language more than a
program (eventually that will change -- but even now most of complexity
is biological, not computational, and it is no more complex than say,
eqn/troff, which is not saying that much.)
However, for those who don't want to muck about but would like
the publication quality maps the language produces, I've got an offer
that will help defray my costs of postage and handling, plus contribute
to my laser printer fund.
The offer is, for $20-$50 a map, depending on complexity, I'll
typeset any plasmid/phage figure for you.
I realize I won't be deluged with demand, but only a handful of
jobs will defray all distribution costs for everybody.
