[comp.lang.postscript] What's _your_ favorite PS book?

uryder@well.UUCP (Tom Edds) (11/10/88)

(I just started reading this group, so if this was the "Topic of the Week"
in October, please transmute any flames and point me to the archives)

Can anyone recommend some good books on PostScript? I spent some time
tonite at libraries & book stores trying to find out what was available,
and couldn't come up with anything beyond the Adobe/Addison Wesley trio of
Tutorial, Program Design, and Ref. manual.

Please send as much of a reference as you can (ISBNs would be _great_).
A friend thinks he recalls hearing about some good books by a publisher
named StepStone or SteppingStone. Does this ring any bells?

I'll be glad to summarize to netfolk if you want to mail rather than post
any suggestions-slash-comments.
