[comp.lang.postscript] need old version of "LaserWriter Reference"

The new hardcover book by the name "LaserWriter Reference"
doesn't explain details of LaserPrep, and I understand that
the old, out of print one does.  Anyone have a copy of it
or know where I can get one?
