[comp.lang.postscript] Previewing postscript on the IBM/PC

Hello,
     I have heard about a IBM/PC program to let you preview
     postscript.  I think it is called ghostscript.  I looked thru
     the net land and could not find it.  Could someone please tell
     me where and how to get it.  

     Also, can someone tell me if there exists a package on the PC
     that will read in postscript code, let you edit it with some-
     thing like PC paint brush and print it.
