I have recently made some minor hacks to psdit.c,
which cause it to produce a fairly accurate
%%BoundingBox comment. This is usefull for those
as want to include pic|tbl|eqn generated pictures in
Scribe documents,and possibly other applications.
It is not perfect, and in particular, the comment
is (atend), which does not strictly conform to EPSF
standards. Fixing this is best left to another, yet-to
be-written filter.
I intend to do more work on this, but the modifed
psdit does meet my users immediate needs.
If this would be useful to anyone else, I'll be
glad to mail the diff's. I don't think I should
post them....
