I'm sure this gets asked once a week, but my memory span is down to three days. Here's what I want to do: 1. Capture the PostScript produced by printing a document from MS Word 3.0X on my Mac 2. Send the PostScript file to a Unix system 3. Send the PostScript to a serially-attached LaserWriter 4. Enjoy my properly-printed document. I can do 1) by using Cmd-K or Cmd-F, 2) using Mac/IP, and 3) using lpr. 4) I can't do because all I get is curious error messages on the piece of paper. I get different error messages with Cmd-K (includes LW Prep) than with Cmd-F, but no printout. I'm using LW Prep 5.0, 4.3BSD Unix, a Mac II, . . . Surely people do this sort of thing. Can anyone help? Thanks, - RL "Bob"
