[comp.lang.postscript] Tektronix -> PS translator under VM/CMS

At Tel-Aviv University we have some graphical software which runs under
VM/CMS and produces Tektronix files. We have a Laserwriter II as our high
resolution hardcopy device and hence the need to translate from Tektronix
to Postscript. Does anyone have or know about such a program under
VM? I understand that there is a similar program under Unix, but
we have encountered problems in the EBCDIC -> ASCII translation which
is necessary in order to use it.
